About
GlowFit Kitchen
A wellness blog for women — healthy recipes, fat loss, and home workout programs — with our full baking archive still online.
I’m Anna. I write and test every recipe here in my own kitchen — not a test kitchen, not a studio. That means timings assume a typical fan oven, ingredients you can find at a supermarket, and the occasional “this needed five more minutes” note left in on purpose.
What you’ll find here
- Healthy recipes — balanced meals, smoothies, and lighter swaps that still taste good.
- Weight-loss guidance — practical habits, not crash diets; written for real life.
- Workout programs — follow-along plans you can do at home, with clear time blocks.
- Archive — all our original cake and birthday recipes remain published and searchable.
New posts focus on women’s health and fitness. Older baking content stays in the library so nothing disappears — filters on the homepage let you browse by category.
How posts are written
Recipes and workouts use the same clear structure: prep time, active time, and step-by-step instructions. Wellness articles explain the why behind a habit — not just a list of rules.
Photos show real ingredients and real movement — not stock imagery. When something is easy to get wrong (portion size, form cues, oven timing), I call it out.
